Doug Petillo, Director

Mr. Petillo is a Partner at Edison Venture Fund.  Prior to joining Edison, he was a Principal at TL Ventures and APAX, both successful large venture capital firms. Earlier in his career, Mr. Petillo served in variety of engineering and marketing roles at Dialogic (Intel), United Technologies, and Allied Signal (Honeywell). He also founded a successful healthcare services company. Mr. Petillo holds a B.S. in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering from Cornell University, an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, and an MBA in Finance and Strategic Management from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Andrew Thomson, Director

Mr. Thomson is COO of Smart Pack Solutions, LLC, which delivers moving supplies to people’s homes under the name BoxBundles. SmartPack Solutions is the successor company to BoxBundles, which was sold to an investor group in 2005. Mr. Thomson served as CEO of BoxBundles when it was named one of the fastest growing companies in the Mid-Atlantic region. Previously, he was CEO of SpatialMetrix Corp, an Edison Venture Fund portfolio company that was sold to Faro Technologies in 2002.  Mr. Thomson also served as CFO of Shadow Traffic and Divisional President of Halma Holdings. He holds a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennyslvania.

Matt Reichert, Director

Matt Reichert is COO of Health Market Science, a leading provider of scientifically-engineered targeting, data integration, and advanced analytics solutions for the healthcare industry. Matt joined Health Market Science in 2001 as the Vice President of Sales and Operations responsible for sales, operations, and company profitability. Matt is currently responsible for sales, customer delivery, software engineering, data operations, and information technology. Previously, Matt served as a SVP of Mediconsult, a leading internet based medical education technology platform provider, and he served in a variety of technical and business roles at Dupont Pharmaceuticals, AstraMerck, and GE. Matt holds a B.S. in Science and Engineering from the Pennsylvania State University and an executive MBA from Temple University.
