In April of 2010, Miria Systems was purchased by Emerald Stage2 Ventures, a Philadelphia-based venture fund that invests in emerging technology companies led by passionate entrepreneurs, for which Miria truly qualifies.

The company continues to be led by Ron Siena, President & CEO, who has been in several leadership roles with the firm since 1996. Ron is actively involved in strategic business development, with a particular focus on client relationships, and also provides executive project management, domain expertise, solution design and technical support to the company’s ECM team.
