Overview

Miria Systems offers a full set of services in support of enterprise content and business process management projects with a specialized focus on IBM FileNet infrastructure and systems. Our staff of consultants, developers, and support personnel bring deep skills and experience to the design, installation, configuration, integration, and support of ECM technologies to help our customers shorten implementation cycles and maximize their software investments.

Miria Systems’ project methodology involves a phased and iterative approach.  We can handle projects of varying size and complexity and have helped customers with services that provide a simple jump start, as well as engagements that require deep customization.

Design

Our key service offering is IBM FileNet design and consulting services. Enterprise Content Management (ECM) projects often require careful planning to ensure that both business and technical requirements are aligned. Miria Systems can help outline file and record structures, application interfaces, user modification capabilities, image and data workflow requirements, and human and mechanical processing steps. To support these services, we often provide use case diagrams or other visual models, architecture diagrams, and prototype systems where appropriate.

Implementation

Our IBM FileNet implementation services cover a number of different aspects of ECM delivery. These services include configuration and construction, quality assurance, integration, user acceptance testing, documentation, training, and production roll-out. They represent a full life cycle of services that can provide a start-to-finish, proven deployment methodology to help ensure rapid, cost effective implementations.

Implementation services also take into account project management principles, change management, risk assessments, stakeholder success criteria, data conversions, potential system upgrades, and customers’ IT experience and resources to address the needs of all communities involved in our ECM projects. While we prefer to define and assist with each stage of an implementation, from initial engagement through project close, Miria Systems can also offer these services as individual, flexible complements to a full implementation cycle.
