Matt Townley, President and CEO

Mr. Townley has spent more than 25 years in leadership positions with technology companies. He is the former President and CEO of Longview Solutions, where he transformed the company into a leader in corporate budgeting and planning software. Prior to joining Longview Solutions in 1997, he spent 15 years with Shared Medical Systems, ultimately serving as Senior VP, Health Solutions, for this premier worldwide provider of health information and systems. Mr. Townley holds a B.S. degree in business administration from the University of Missouri at Columbia with a dual major in marketing and management.

Robert Lis, Vice President, Sales & Marketing

Mr. Lis brings over 18 years of sales, marketing, and channels experience with technology companies. Prior to Miria Systems, Mr. Lis was the Vice President of Sales & Alliances for Synygy, a Sales Performance Management software and services company. During his 8-year tenure, he built the partnership program, led sales, and was a key executive management team member responsible for the company's growth. Mr. Lis also worked with General Electric, Lockheed Martin, SSE Inc., and Princeton Electronic Systems. Mr. Lis graduated from Cornell University with a B.S. degree in electrical engineering, and earned his M.S. in electrical engineering and M.B.A. from Rutgers University.

Jeff Rokicki, Vice President of Finance

Mr. Rokicki brings over 17 years of financial accounting and reporting experience from a variety of senior-level finance positions. Prior to Miria Systems, he served as Controller, Treasurer, and Secretary at Protez Pharmaceuticals. Mr. Rokicki has also worked at Vela Pharmaceuticals and Taratec Development Corporation. He started his career in accounting at KPMG LLP, independent certified public accountants, where he worked as a supervising senior accountant. Mr. Rokicki holds a B.S. degree in accounting from Rutgers University, and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

Ronald Siena, Vice President, Enterprise Content Management 

Mr. Siena came to Miria Systems through Soluziona USA, where he served as VP Strategic Solutions. Mr. Siena has nearly 20 years experience in the design and implementation of Enterprise Content Management (ECM) and Business Process Management (BPM) solutions. Prior to joining Soluziona in 2003, he spent five years as Vice President/Director for Software Consulting Group, which was acquired by Soluziona. Earlier, he was with FileNet Corporation for eight years as a District Systems Consultant and Project Manager. His previous experience includes various positions with American Legal Systems and Aspen Systems.  Mr. Siena is a FileNet Certified Professional. He holds an M.A. in Psychology from the New School for Social Research and a B.A. in Psychology from Boston University.
